We're Moving!But We Won't Be Gone Long...

11/16/2020 - It's time for a new home for RWR. We are suspending our form to halt all inbound watches while we undergo a location upgrade. We will be moving our office to a new location over the next 2 weeks. Between 11/16/2020 and 11/29/2020 we will not have our submission form live. If you have just sent a watch, don't worry, we will still be here to accept it. We have also set-up a forwarding service to handle getting your packages to the new location in case there are any stragglers. That said, we want to make sure nothing is lost in transition, hence our decision to take our form offline.

  • We will be open until the 15th of November 2020
  • Through the 15th we will be processing orders as we always do
  • Our queue will remain the same, however, there will obviously be a delay in processing service requests that would fall during our down time. We will pick-up right were we left off when we resume in the new facility
  • We will begin our transition on the 15th, the process should take between 10 and 14 days
  • We anticipate having our form back online and be in full swing somewhere between the 26th and the 29th of November 2020
  • If you have an open request but have not sent your watch by November 15th, please wait until our form is back online before sending
  • Our mailing address will be changing. Our mailing instructions email will be updated to reflect the change when the form becomes live again
  • Our contact us form will still be live, as well as all of our email addresses during the transition and we will still be responding to inquiries during this time, though please understand that we are also preparing for the move, hence we may be slower than usual to respond

We feel that this move, along with other changes we are implementing, will help us to improve our current service, shorten our average turn around time, as well as give us the opportunity to expand the services we offer our great customers.
