A customer recently forwarded a link to a site that claimed to do replica watch repairs and the title at the top of the site was exactly Replica Watch Repair. I won’t link the site because I don’t want to confuse people, nor bolster a fraudulent sites page rank (I also sent them an unanswered message regarding the issue). I’m also posting this here to help others who may fall victim to a wannabe. Now honestly, before I go any further, only an idiot would attempt to use a service through a site like that as it was obvious that the content was 100% AI generated (no offence AI) and edited by someone with a less than stellar grasp on the English language. The customer who found the site immediately knew something was amiss and I’m sure you would as well. That and there was no direct method of contact posted on the site No form, etc., at least at the time I reviewed their content. The fact that a site like this even comes up in the SERPs in the first place is a reason in itself for concern.
This reminds me of a time not long ago when a site known as Replica Watch Report, who also called themselves RWR, hit the scene. We were bombarded with customer complaints… by people who were not our customers. To make matters worse, about two weeks ago we received an email from someone who swears up and down that they were indeed a customer but couldn’t produce a valid custom ID or valid welcome email, were not in our database, were not in our email servers database and had an IP that was logged by our server for the first time ever on that initial contact. A little prying and what do you know, he was scammed on a forum by someone pretending to be us.
The moral of the story here is make sure you are here, at replicawatchrepair.com, using official channels like our Start Service form, our Tracking Portal and our Contact form. After all, we’re the site that has been around for over 10 years and counting!
