Status Tracking, Please Read

Our tracking system is now fully operational. All active status records starting 1/1/2025 have been imported into the new system. A couple things to note:

  • Only new records from 9/1/2025 and on (these have a new Customer ID format: XX123456XX) will receive automated status updates. Records from before 9/1/2025 (Customer ID format XX12345X) will still receive status updates through our tracking portal but will not have the updates emailed to them; Our old system did not collect the necessary data to allow this function.
  • If you obtained a customer ID before the new system was implemented and did not use it, it will now be canceled. If you happen to use an old customer ID we will reactivate it on arrival, however, we strongly suggest you obtain a new customer ID before shipping your watch in so that you may benefit from the enhanced features of our new system.
  • If you have an older status ticket from before 1/1/2025 and you need status, feel free to email us and we will manually add the Customer ID to the new system. We have reached out to the few long term project clients we have to inform them of this but if we missed you, feel free to send us a note.
