It should be noted that the turnaround time listed above is the maximum time your watch should be in our shop. 99% of watches are serviced in this timeframe. It takes into account things like inspection, repair, parts acquisition, etc. Many parts ship from China and shipping typically takes 1-2 weeks. This is accounted for in the turnaround time listed. We also try to account for busy periods, vacations, etc, and adjust accordingly, well in advance. Jobs that do not require ordered parts or can be completed with parts that are stocked, like most basic movement services and 75% of repairs, are often completed before the turnaround times listed; While this happens quite often, it should not be expected.
Please also note that we rely on third party vendors for parts; Out of stock items are out of our control and may extend service/repair/modification time. We do our best to communicate issues such as these. Also, rep specific parts like add-on modules, engraved bridges and branded dials are near impossible to get in the US and we typically have to source replacements from vendors in China; This can add considerably to the time a repair takes.
