Automated Warranty Service System Now Live

UPDATE: You can now use our tracking system to track your warranty service!

We are automating the warranty service request process. You will no longer need to request warranty service via email and wait for a response with an RMA number. By using the form at Warranty Service Request you can initiate warranty service and receive an RMA number along with shipping instructions instantly via email.

Please note:

  • You will need your original customer ID in order to initiate service. Your customer ID is in the email we sent after our service request form was initially filled out.
  • You must be within the 90 day warranty period for all repairs and within 180 days for all modifications. Outside of this period, please initiate a new service request.
  • If you are unsure as to whether or not you are actually in need of warranty service or if you simply have questions, use our contact form to get in touch with us, or respond to any email we have sent to you.
