Announcement 9/1/2025: A New Website and Shop Upgrades for an Even Better Service Experience

We’re thrilled to announce some major updates that will completely transform your experience with our service center. We’ve been listening to your feedback, and we’ve been hard at work behind the scenes to bring you a faster, more transparent, and even more precise level of care for your timepieces. These changes mark a significant milestone in our commitment to providing the best possible service.

A Faster, Smarter Website

First, you’ll notice a newly redesigned website. While we kept a similar look, it’s built on a faster and more powerful server, so navigating and finding the information you need will be quicker and more seamless than ever. There is a new contact system, with a contact button on the bottom right corner of every page. Our service request form is more fluid and uses conditional logic to ensure quick and painless interaction; Now autofill capable! And our most requested feature is now a reality: a fully functional status system. From the moment you submit your initial service request to the minute your watch is shipped back to you, you’ll be able to track its journey every step of the way. This new system, complete with regular status updates, will provide the transparency and the peace of mind you deserve.

Cutting-Edge Equipment for Superior Results

To match our digital upgrades, we’ve also made a significant investment in new, top-of-the-line equipment for our technicians. This commitment to precision and efficiency means your watch is getting the best care possible. Our new tools include:

  • Emerson Branson ultrasonic cleaners: We’ve upgraded to laboratory grade, 40khz units with degas and sweep function for a deeper, more thorough cleaning of every component. With these new units we’ve added a new agitation system, now employing a triple rinse method similar to the process used in our main facility. 
  • New trinocular microscopes with 4K cameras: Offering up to 90x magnification, these microscopes will allow our technicians to perform incredibly detailed inspections and capture crystal-clear images of your watch’s condition. One of our tech’s tested several setups over the last year and it became clear that the benefits outweighed the costs, providing a more thorough inspection while increasing efficiency.
  • New 9900A timegraphers & new scope software: These advanced diagnostic tools ensure meticulous regulation and superior performance testing.
  • New clock lathe and precision bench press: These additions give our technicians even greater precision and control for intricate repairs and parts manufacturing.

All of these investments in technology and tools are focused on one goal: enhancing your overall customer experience and increasing the efficacy and efficiency of our work.
