We have decided to take our live support system off-line. We did not have the response that we had anticipated. We originally brought our live support system on-line 11 months ago and in that 11 month period, we had only 17 users of the system. An overwhelming majority of our users seem to prefer to simply contact us via email and we're fine with that. The cost to operate a live chat system is rather high and it seems that, at least for now, a more widely accepted means of support is what our users prefer.
