We frequently receive requests via email for a price quote. Unfortunately, we can’t provide a precise quote until we’ve physically inspected your watch. For a ballpark, see our Example Pricing.
Watch repair is a complex process; Replica repair is a more complex process. While we provide a list of general example prices, a majority of repairs are difficult to quote without a proper inspection. There are many variables that can affect the price, and a detailed description from you isn’t typically enough for us to know what’s going on with your watch, nor for us to know the specific makeup of your watch’s components. Depending on the model in question, many different makers have produced thousands of the same replica model over the years, using different parts and different movements. While your watch might just be a Submariner to you, it is one of hundreds of Sub models to us, each with entirely different part specifications and/or movements. In just one year, a popular model could have dozens of versions, ranging from low-end Canal Street replicas to high-end “superclones.” Without a physical inspection, it is impossible to know what’s what.
Giving a quote without a proper inspection is just guesswork, and we don’t want to risk giving you an inaccurate estimate. To avoid this, we offer free inspections. This allows us to provide a complete diagnosis of your watch and give you an accurate, no-nonsense price for the services needed. If you decide not to proceed with the repair after the inspection, you are only responsible for return shipping, which currently starts at $8.60 in the US and actual return shipping charges for international customers.
